Oh well, I guess I've done all I can do, just a matter of letting those modifiers die out over time. It's longer than 10 years though, some of the are current y sitting at 19 years and flipped quite soem time ago. They are my own provinces that were converted due to it being right next to where the reformation center appeared. Hover above the religious zeal modifier and it will tell you when it runs out.
Open the province view and look on the middle right to see the province modifier. I don't have the Art of War expansion pack so maybe thats the issue. Quite a few provinces within the HRE have not converted back to catholic either which I'd assume should happen if catholicism is their religion. I've removed the nearby reformation center.
